For the companies that has accounting department, we control invoices, accounting records and tax returns prepared by the in-house accounting department on a monthly basis. We provide consultancy services on accounting and tax legislations by our certified public accountant team.

Registration Proceedings

We provide consultancy services and manage the process on your behalf in all transactions subject to registration. Company transfer transactions, general assembly organizations, capital increase and decrease transactions, share transfer, amendment of the articles of association, liquidation, merger, change of company kind, stock certificates. etc.

Accounting System Set-up

We setup accounting systems according to our clients’ financial reporting demands, and we provide consultancy services to keep in-house accounting system efficient.

Financial Reporting

We prepare financial reporting templates to meet the needs of our clients and we provide weekly, monthly or quarterly financial reporting according to demanded reporting frequency.

VAT Refund Services

We check the accuracy of the refundable VAT amount based on the statutory records and relevant legislation for preparation of the VAT Refund certification report. We also provide consultancy and professional training services in regard to VAT refunds.
